Almost every visible flaw in a water wall traces back to one component: the weir edge, the lip water actually leaves before it becomes a sheet. Get the edge geometry wrong and no amount of downstream tuning fixes it — the water separates unevenly, runs in rivulets instead of a sheet, or clings to the underside of the glass and drips where it shouldn’t.
We machine every weir edge to a consistent radius and finish before it ever gets fitted, and we test flow across it on a bench rig before it goes anywhere near a site — adjusting a header’s flow rate is easy; re-machining an installed edge is not.
